Run to Quit is a program that is helping thousands of Canadians quit smoking by encouraging them to use Walking or Running to stride past the discomfort of quitting. Do It Yourself (DIY) is a free program to help you quit smoking that is combined with a quit and win contest.

How DIY works? You register. We email you resources proven to help smokers quit. You quit for at least 5 weeks and then you are eligible to win a $1000 cash prize.
