Walk or Run to Quit is a program that is helping thousands of Canadians quit smoking by encouraging them to use Walking or Running to stride past the discomfort of quitting. Train On-Your-Own is a free program to help you quit smoking that is combined with a quit and win contest.
How it works? You Register. We email you, over the course of 10 weeks, information and tips to help you quit smoking. You quit smoking before October 30, 2018 and then you are eligible for the Fall 2018 Quit & Win prize. BONUS: Stay quit and do a public 5 K walk or run by Dec. 4 to be eligible for the bonus prize!
