Walk or Run to Quit is a program that is helping thousands of Canadians quit smoking by encouraging them to use Walking or Running to stride past the discomfort of quitting. Train On-Your-Own is a free program to help you quit smoking that is combined with a quit and win contest.
How it works? You register. We email you information and resources proven to help smokers quit. You quit for at least 5 weeks and then you are eligible to win the spring draw prize. Stay quit and do a public 5k walk or run before July 31st to be eligible for additional grand prizes.
