Create a tribute

Thank you for your support of the Canadian Cancer Society.

We are pleased to offer you this opportunity to honour your loved one and to share this tribute with those around you. Please fill out the form below and follow the directions on the next few pages in order to create your personal tribute page. Once your tribute is created, you will be able to send e-mails to friends and family to begin fundraising in honour of your loved one.

Note: If you are holding your own event (e.g. golf tournament, head shave, walk-a-thon), in Ontario, and want to raise funds online, please visit our Community Fundraisers website.

Recently a number of people have begun to use the tribute pages to honour a loved one by promoting a community fundraising event they are holding outside the province of Ontario. While we truly appreciate their efforts and support, we are unable to allocate these funds to the Society outside of Ontario. If you live outside Ontario, please contact the Canadian Cancer Society office in your area to discuss alternate methods of promotion.

The Canadian Cancer Society reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove or edit any content that we may find offensive or inappropriate for this website.
