Reject a fundamental restructuring of Medicaid

Dear [Decision Maker],

I live in the 3rd district. When the bill to establish Medicaid per capita caps and block grants comes before you in the Ways and Means Committee, please vote NO.

Thousands of Minnesotans with disabilities, the elderly, children, and low-income adults receive Medicaid in our district. Fundamentally restructuring Medicaid by drastically cutting funding will constrain innovation and slash eligibility, benefits, and provider rates. The significant decrease in funding will shift significant costs to local governments to cover the needs of citizens.

Please vote NO on any proposal to establish Medicaid per capita caps and block grants.
