Come with us where dreams are born and time is never a bother to the most magical tradition for Winnipeg families.The Ice Crystal Gala is a one of a kind, black-tie event for families and Foundation friends to raise funds for the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.

Since its inception, the Gala has raised over $1.45 million to support specialized pediatric care, funding ground-breaking research at the Foundation owned and operated Children’s Hospital Research Institute of Manitoba. The Gala also assists programs that bring comfort to sick children and their families during difficult times throughout Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario and Nunavut.

Last year alone, over $450,000 net was pledged; successfully providing financial support to purchase surgical equipment, fund a position in the new Women’s Hospital and replace specialized equipment for spinal and brain injuries. Because of the generosity of Gala’s supporters, The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba was also able to purchase 21 newborn bassinets so that mothers can sleep in the same rooms as their new babies.

With over 900 people in attendance, the Ice Crystal Gala provides an evening of enchanting children’s activities, musical entertainment and unique auction prizes, making it a truly memorable experience for businesses, professionals, pirates, pixies or children who never want to grow up!
