Established in 2020, Christel House Jamaica currently serves 242 students in grades K-3 and is the ninth school in the Christel House global network. Christel House currently operates schools in India, Mexico, South Africa, and the United States. Guests will tour our remarkable school, and experience classrooms and lunch with students. Travelers will also visit student homes in Spanish Town, and enjoy outings highlighting the cultural history of Kingston. Guests may participate in an optional community service project with our students as part of Jamaica’s annual Labor Day celebration.

Optional trip extension to Ocho Rios (May 26 - May 29)

Guests wanting to experience more of Jamaica can extend their stay and enjoy a classic all-inclusive Jamaican beach resort in Ocho Rios.  A former fishing village known affectionately as “Ochi,” this gorgeous location was featured in the very first James Bond film, “Dr. No.” The surrounding parish of Saint Ann is home to rainforests, rivers and waterfalls. Famous Dunn’s River Falls is a terraced, 180m mountain waterfall with lagoon pools.
