Welcome to the Chesapeake District Junior Civitan Dance-aThon team page!

Our Mascot, Chessie Chesapeake and all our Chesapeake District Junior Civitans are excited to participate in Dance A Thon at the 2021 Junior Civitan International Convention June 25, 2021, in Tampa, FL.

I hope you will join me and our Junior Civitans to raise money to support research at the Civitan International Research Center (CIRC).  Some of the amazing research at CIRC relates to autism, down syndrome, brain injuries, Rhett Syndrome and much more in hopes of reducing and/or eleminating intellecutal and develometnal disabilities that people face all over the world.

We appreciate your support of the Research Center and our Chesapeake Junior Civitans!  We look forward to Dancing for 6 hours, (what ever that will look like during a Pandemic) to earn your support.
