The research being performed at the UAB, Civitan International Research Center in Birmingham, Alabama is near and dear to my heart. Having family members and friends with diagnosis of schizophrenia, autism, ADHD, demntia, downs syndrome, alzheimers and more, I'm proud to belong to an orginization's who mission is to support research for causes and cures of these diagnoses and more.

In August, I'll be participating in the Walk & Roll for Research fundraiser taking place at the Civitan International Convention in Indianpolis, IN.
