My name is Baxter Heilig, and I am a proud member of the Salisbury Academy Junior Civitan Club in Salisbury, NC. I currently have the honor of serving as the Junior Civitan International Director. I’m excited to announce that I am fundraising for the Civitan International Research Center (CIRC), a leading institution in research on intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). I was fortunate enough to attend the previous All-In Summit, which is where my passion for Junior Civitan truly took off. It was inspiring to witness people from across the globe united in our mission to "Make the World a Better Place!" It was also at the Summit that I had the opportunity to meet the 2023-2024 International Board—an incredible group of individuals who encouraged me to pursue a position on the international level.
