Golfer - $150.00 Golfers will participate in all Breakthru activities and events. Minimum fundraising goal $1,500.

Non-Golfer Volunteer - $50.00 Breakthru Non-Golfers will participate in all Breakthru activities, except for the golf tournament. This includes the wrap up party and any meals/snacks provided.

Virtual Golfer - No Fee Breakthru Virtual Golfers will receive Breakthru updates and announcements, but will not participate in Breakthru event activities.
