Step it Up for Clearbrook is back on September 21, 2024 at Cronin Park in Arlington Heights. Our 6th annual 5K Run/1 Mile Walk is appropriate for all ages and abilities and celebrates the spirit of community and inclusivity. 

The morning starts off at 8:20 AM with a short Kids Dash for children 8 and under, followed by the 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk/Roll. All registrants receive a tech fabric t-shirt. 

Go the extra mile and raise funds to support the personalized opportunities Clearbrook provides each and every day for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Special incentives are available for those individuals who raise $100 or more!

What is Clearbrook?

Clearbrook is home, a family, to over 8,000 children and adults impacted by intellectual/developmental disabilities. We support them—and their families—by providing support across the lifespan, helping them to live their fullest lives possible. Clearbrook provides personalized services for children and adults, including community day programming and employment, residential, and clinical services at more than 80 locations in 160 communities throughout the Chicagoland area. We are the largest provider of home-based services in the state.
