Beginning January 1, 2017, contributions to restricted
funds, such as the Emergency Disaster Fund, will include a Ministry Enablement
Contribution of 9 percent to help cover costs of carrying out the intended
purpose of the gift. Grants, endowment additions, and bequests will not be
assessed the Ministry Enablement Contribution.
