Emerging Global Mission Fund

Your gifts to the Church of the Brethren's Emerging Global Mission Fund help support international mission efforts and new church plants in the United States and Puerto Rico. To support church planting education and new church development within the U.S., choose the U.S. designation below. Currently, the fund also supports international mission efforts in the African Great Lakes countries of Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and Rwanda. Congregations there have reached out to the Church of the Brethren, interested in affiliation and theological training.

Beginning January 1, 2017, contributions to restricted funds, such as the Emerging Global Mission Fund, will include a Ministry Enablement Contribution of 9 percent to help cover costs of carrying out the intended purpose of the gift. Grants, endowment additions, and bequests will not be assessed the Ministry Enablement Contribution.
