Join Coen's Crew at the 2020 Walk Strong to Cure JM
As many of you know, Coen was diagnosed in January of 2016 with juvenile dermatomyositis. JDM causes her immune system to attack her muscles, making them weak. It also attacks her skin, causing painful blistering and rashes. Due to her incredible team at Lurie Childrens Hospital in Chicago, she has made great strides, and the Cure JM Walk will help raise both funds and awareness for this rare disease which affects only 3 children per million each year in the United States. While there is no cure for JDM, with donations given during this event, we can help fund important research so that one day, Coen and other kids with JDM can live full, carefree lives. This is our fourth year, walking, raising awareness, and raising donations for this amazing cause. We hope you can join us in the fight!!
With this continued great support from families and friends we were able to fund research at 20 prestigious research institutions, helping advance JM research at an unprecedented pace!
Your gift now will keep that momentum going. Every donation goes straight to Cure JM, and since inception over 90% of all funds raised go directly to research.
Thanks for supporting Coen and our flight against JDM!
