On August 14th, we’re retiring the Convio Customer Center support portal, replacing it with Blackbaud’s award-winning Support service at support.blackbaud.com. Visit the Luminate Community Blog for more information about the change.
What do I need to do?
Make sure you can log in to support.blackbaud.com before August 14 so you’re all ready to go when the transition happens.
Not sure if you have a Blackbaud.com account? Click "Sign in" in the top right of any Blackbaud.com page, then click the "Forgot password?" link.
Continue to use the Convio Customer Center to create and manage Support cases until August 13, 2017.
