On August 14th, we’re retiring the Convio Customer Center support portal, replacing it with Blackbaud’s award-winning Support service at Visit the Luminate Community Blog for more information about the change.

What do I need to do?
Make sure you can log in to before August 14 so you’re all ready to go when the transition happens.
