Thursday Evening Meet & Greet (FREE)
Join your peers on Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to mingle with other attendees, conference presenters, and DBSA staff.

Friday Morning Attendee Orientation (FREE)
If you've never attended a DBSA conference or Leadership Forum, or, if you want more information on all the weekend happenings, join us for an overview of the weekends educational agenda and special events.

Room Temperature
Conference meeting rooms often fluctuate in temperature. While we and the hotel do our best to stay on top of temperature concerns, it’s best to be prepared. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light sweater with you to sessions, just in case.

If you are taking any medications at the time of the conference, please remember to bring a few extra days’ supply with you. In any travel, it is important to carry any required health items in your carry-on bag, in the correctly labeled, original container. Do not pack medications in checked luggage. In addition, we recommend that you also bring the following with you: a list of your medication(s), your doctor’s name and emergency telephone number, the name of a friend or relative and his/her emergency telephone number, and a copy of your insurance card.

Lunch is included with your conference registration for Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast and dinner is on your own. The Eaglewood Resort and Spa offers great on-site options.
