Making Stops in Baltimore, Seattle, and Akron
Join us this fall for the DBSA I to We Tour, making stops in Baltimore, Seattle, and Akron. These FREE 2-hour events for the public, individuals living with mood disorders and their friends or family, mental health practitioners, press, and local government will celebrate the significant contributions of individuals living with mental health conditions; promote dialogue and action towards changing public perception from danger and drain to potential and contribution; and connect individuals seeking wellness to DBSA chapter and community resources.
All DBSA I to We Tour presentations are FREE! These dynamic and multi-media presentations will feature numerous peer perspectives—to not only educate, but to connect people with hope, help, and support. And, to inspire attendees to take action on their own or others behalf, so that everyone has the opportunity to live in wellness.
Come for yourself, a loved one, a patient, or client. Discover community resources, connect with support, and join us for a dynamic, multi-media presentation that explores how we—as peers, family, friends, and mental health practitioners can shift the focus
from “I to We”:
- Eliminating illness to building wellness
- Isolation and fear to a welcoming community of support
- Individual views to powerful, collective voices
