DBSA Online Support Groups

DBSA online support groups provide people living with depression and bipolar disorder a place to share experiences, discuss coping skills, and offer hope to one another. DBSA support groups are peer-led, meaning they are facilitated by someone living with a mood disorder.

Our online support groups are offered free of charge, but any voluntary contribution you make goes directly towards supporting this service. You will have an opportunity to donate when you register for an online support group meeting. Thank you for your commitment to helping others!

Please visit www.supportgroupscentral.com/dbsa for more detailed information about our meetings including guidelines, format, and frequently asked questions.
