Greetings Friends & Family!

On Saturday, July 29, I will participate in the Damon Runyon 5K at Yankee Stadium.  The race course is INSIDE Yankee Stadium - around the concourses, up and down the ramps, around the warning track on the field, with a few staircases thrown in. 

Note to my friends who are Mets fans: if they held a race at New Shea (a.k.a Citi Field), I'd run there too, but they don't so get over it!  :) 

100% of the money I raise will be used by the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation to fund innovative research.

I'd love it if you could make a donation - I'll do the hard part (i.e., getting trampled by hundreds of runners while laboring up and down the course) and you get to enjoy the satisfaction of having helped a worthy cause.
