On Thursday, September 29, I'll be running in the Damon Runyon 5K at Yankee Stadium – a fundraising run that uses the Stadium as its course. I'm running on behalf of my mom, Dorota. Earlier this year she was diagnosed, and recently she started chemotherapy for breast cancer. She's gonna beat it.

100% of the money I raise will be used by the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation to fund innovative research by today's most brilliant young scientists, who are racing to find the causes and cures for all types of cancer.
