I'll be cycling across the Colorado Rocky Mountains at Ride the Rockies with Team DPF to help people with Parkinson's live well today.  

UPDATE* - Ride the Rockies has been unfortunately canceled by the ride owners Gannett Media. So instead...why not ride from Kansas to San Diego?  The Long Ride it is.  A bunch of folks with Parkinson's riding across the country to bring awareness and fundraise for Parkinson's.  This is going to be a big deal as Cidney will be along for support.  She has had some major challenges this past year and is ready to break free and continue living well.
