I'm riding El Tour de Zona and fundraising for the Davis Phinney Foundation to help people with Parkinson's live well today.  Your donation to my fundraising page not only will encourage and support me, but will help expand the Davis Phinney Foundation's important work and programming. 

The ride is a three day event starting and ending in Sierra Vista, Arizona at the end of March. The first day we ride 30 miles to Ramsey Canyon. The second day we ride 60 miles to Bisbee and the third day 40 miles to Tombstone and back. Details can be found at tourdezona.org. I will leave early for Arizona to train for these events.

I was diagnosed four years ago with Parkinson's but fortunately my symptoms remain mild. However, at age 82 completing these events will be  a challenge but I promise to do my best. Thank you so much; I truly appreciate your support.
