After consultation with FARA’s medical advisers, due to the developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we regret to inform you that rideATAXIA Dallas will not take place on March 28, 2020. We are in dialogue with University of North Texas and local authorities about rescheduling the event. We are disappointed to have to make this decision, but the health and safety of our community is our top priority.

We will maintain the current list of registered participants. When a reschedule date is announced, if a participant is unable to attend, we will refund the registration fee for anyone who requests it. Please stay tuned over the next few weeks, for further developments.

Outback Steakhouse is proud to partner with the Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA) for a day of physical achievement and family fun on Saturday, March 28th at the University of North Texas Discovery Park in Denton, TX.

The 10th Annual rideATAXIA Dallas will offer fully supported 6, 20, and 50 mile cycling routes on scenic country roads, with amazing views of Ray Roberts Lake, plus delicious post ride food prepared by Outback Steakhouse and Grub Burger Bar.

rideATAXIA benefits FARA- a nonprofit organization dedicated to research leading to treatments and a cure for Friedreich's ataxia (FA). FA is a debilitating, life shortening, degenerative neuro-muscular disorder.

rideATAXIA cycling events across the United States have raised invaluable awareness for FA and $8.5 million to support FA research since 2007.
