SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to fulfill your products within 5-7 business days from the time payment is received.

Free Shipping | Fred Hutch Mail Stop

Free shipping is offered to purchases that are delivered to a Fred Hutch campus mailstop. 

Flat Rate Shipping | U.S. Addresses

Orders $75 and over are eligible for free shipping, otherwise a flat shipping fee of $6.00 is offered to any delivery shipped to a U.S. mailing address.Merchandise is shipped via FedEx or USPS. 

Our Fulfillment Policy

Please plan accordingly and allow at least 5-7 business days for fulfillment of your merchandise. Rush orders of merchandise may incur an additional fee or be declined.

MERCHANDISE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return/exchange process is simple and hassle free. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and accompanied by the proof of purchase. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we approve the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days.  Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

Damaged Merchandise

Should any damage occur to the apparel during shipping, please call 206.667.4241 to report the damaged item. Once we have been notified, our team will issue a replacement. Fred Hutch is not responsible for damage resulting from wear and tear.

Shipping

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Fred Hutch is not responsible for shipping charges associated with returned merchandise.
