The Inclusive Leadership: Allies for Gender Equity program is designed to give business leaders and working professionals the knowledge and tools to take effective action on gender equity. While the past iteration of this program was titled Inclusive Leadership: Men as Allies, we want to emphasize that this content is relevant not only to those who identify as men. Allies for Gender Equity will offer education and professional development to ALL who are interested in seeing #MoreWomenLeading.

During four two-and-a-half hour sessions, Forté executives, along with expert authors and presenters, will guide you through self-reflection, collaborative discussions, and the creation of a personal action plan based on our Ally Empower Framework. Through recent research and personal stories, you will develop a deeper understanding of gender equity in the workplace and what it means to be an ally for gender equity.

Ally Empower Framework

You will learn how to use Forté’s Ally Empower Framework as a model to identify strategies for incorporating positive ally behavior into your daily life and creating a more inclusive workplace.

  • Become better equipped to respond to gender inequity in the moment
  • Recognize that ally actions must be individualized and contextualized
  • Bring your allyship skills back to work and put it into practice
  • Hold yourself accountable for championing gender equity in your organization and your professional and personal life
