Through live webinars with leadership experts, asynchronous learning activities, and an online community of motivated women, this program will guide you through the process of strategically mapping out your next steps so that you can advance in the business world.

Career Strategist is a virtual learning experience that combines FranklinCovey’s award-winning leadership content and Forté’s gender equity expertise to help women navigate their early careers. It includes:

• ~12 hours of self-directed learning activities and reflection exercises designed to support you in networking, communication, and goal-setting.
• 4 live, interactive skill-building webinars with leadership experts.
• Online community of likeminded early-career women.
• Access to FranklinCovey learning modules for six months.
• Access to Jhana, an online resource that provides practical tips and advice through an engaging email newsletter and access to a robust library of nearly 2,000 videos, articles, and tools.
