The Men as Allies Inclusive Leadership program is designed to give business leaders and working professionals the knowledge and tools to take effective action on gender equity.
During four half-day sessions, Forté executives, along with expert authors and presenters, will guide you through self-reflection, collaborative discussions, and the creation of a personal action plan based on our Ally Empower Framework. Through recent research and personal stories, you will develop a deeper understanding of gender equity in the workplace and what it means to be a male ally.
