INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP ONLINE PROGRAM
The Men as Allies Inclusive Leadership program is designed to give business leaders and working professionals the knowledge and tools to take effective action on gender equity.
During four half-day sessions, Forté executives, along with expert authors and presenters, will guide you through self-reflection, collaborative discussions, and the creation of a personal action plan based on our Ally Empower Framework. Through recent research and personal stories, you will develop a deeper understanding of gender equity in the workplace and what it means to be a male ally.
Key Outcomes
- Understand the role men play in achieving gender equity in the workplace
- Learn how to engage in meaningful conversations about gender equity and male allyship
- Explore your gender lens and how it has affected you
- Leverage data to explore gender inequity as a systemic issue
- Strengthen your ally acumen with insights from women in senior leadership roles
- Gain clarity on intersectionality and how multiple dimensions of difference affect workplace interactions
- Develop skills that can be applied to allyship initiatives for other underrepresented communities
Ally Empower Framework
You will learn how to use Forté’s Ally Empower Framework as a model to identify strategies for incorporating positive ally behavior into your daily life and creating a more inclusive workplace.
- Become better equipped to respond to gender inequity in the moment
- Recognize that ally actions must be individualized and contextualized
- Bring your allyship skills back to work and put it into practice
- Hold yourself accountable for championing gender equity in your organization and your professional and personal life
