Purchase an illuminated ceramic star ornament in support of Geisinger School of Nursing!
Have an ornament delivered as a gift to a special nurse within the Geisinger system during National Nurses Week, May 6-12. Delivery will be managed by the Geisinger Health Foundation. Following your purchase, you will be asked to complete a survey to provide the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Home department and/or mail code
- Message for recipient (max. 150 words)
Ornaments are $20 each. (Ornaments will be one of the three designs below and will be randomly chosen for each recipient.)
