Alumni in Politics & Government Industry Network: Virtual Networking Hour (Online)

Event Description

Connect with fellow GW alumni working in the politics and government industry all over the world to share your experiences, exchange career tips, and build your professional network! It’s free, it’s only an hour, and it’s fun!

During the live event, if you choose to enter the general networking booth, you will be randomly paired with fellow alumni for several 10-minute text based chats that will allow you to make a connection, exchange contact information, and build your GW network. While participating in the chat, it is helpful to think through the questions below and come prepared to share your perspective and responses.

You can also connect individually with the alumni volunteers leading the Alumni in Politics & Government Industry Leadership Council, Joseph Alicata, GSPM MPS '19, Research Analyst in the Executive Office at NYS Department of Financial Services, and Patrick Lespinasse, LAW JD '03, Senior Advisor and Lobbyist at Brown & Weinraub, PLLC.

We hope you’ll join us for this unique opportunity to connect with fellow alumni around the world. Check out this 2-minute video to see how it all works or this video on why you may want to participate in a virtual networking hour!

Please register here through our partner site, Brazen, in advance below. Please note this event is open to GW alumni only.

If you have questions, please contact Kate Schuster, Director of Alumni Career Programs and Industry Networks, at Thank you.
