Discover the richly decorated world of early Medieval palaces, villas, and sacred spaces in the eastern Mediterranean on an exhibition tour with co-curators Sumru Belger Krody and Elizabeth Dospel Williams. Woven Interiors: Furnishing Early Medieval Egypt brings together rarely displayed artworks from the fourth to the twelfth centuries, revealing how textiles infused warmth and beauty into Egypt’s interior spaces.
