Event Information

Purple People 1

As Hubbard House’s signature outdoor fundraising event, the Domestic Violence Awareness Walk raises community understanding of the domestic violence crisis, mindfulness of the time-tested solution -- Hubbard House, and funds to help survivors find freedom, especially important during this time of rising need.

Registration for participants is free. Self-donation is encouraged and a commitment to raise funds is welcomed. Funds raised provide life-saving and life-changing shelter and services to survivors and their children right here in our local community.

Festivities will be held at 330  E. Bay St., Jacksonville. The route is BEAUTIFUL, taking advantage of our city skyline and waterways! As for activities, we have fun planned for the kids and well-behaved pets.

By registering today, you will be joining together with Hubbard House and a community of heroes who are standing up for survivors of domestic violence and striding forward toward awareness, empowerment and social change.
