Thank you for your donation towards the CHW Ottawa Spring High Tea.

All funds raised will be directed to the CHW Annual Campaign, One Day at a Time: On the Road to Rehabilitation & Recovery, supporting physical rehabilitation and psychological recovery at Hadassah Hospital and Shamir Medical Center.

All donations $125 and above received by Friday, May 31st will be acknowledged in the Spring High Tea program book.

*If we exceed our goals for a project commitment, due to donor generosity, we reserve the right to reallocate the additional funds raised to other funding commitments in Israel or Canada.
