Houston WALK to End Hydrocephalus
Saturday, November 4th
PRESENTED BY TEXAS CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
WALK day is coming soon. If you have not registered yet please do so today! Here are some great details about our day together!
REGISTRATION/PARTICIPANT CHECK-IN: PLEASE ARRIVE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. Please encourage all of your team members to register before the walk. This makes registration go faster and helps us plan for snacks, supplies, and volunteers.
TEAM T-SHIRT CONTEST 1:45PM: We are having a team T-shirt contest this year so be sure to get those started if you have not already. The winning team receives a $50 gift card! DOG FRIENDLY PARK: You can bring your leashed dogs to the event, but please pick up after them.
FOOD: We will have bottled water and packaged snacks. With this year's scaled back grab-n-go refreshments we encourage families to bring their own picnic!
CHAIRS: We will have a few tables and chairs set up, but not enough for everyone. We invite you to bring your own lawn chairs and/or blankets. **Please no tents**
PARTICIPANT T-SHIRTS: Just a reminder that anyone who raises at least $75 gets a WALK T-shirt.
AMBASSADOR AVENUE: Bring your story on a poster board so we can display it on our Ambassador Avenue sponsored by the Law Office of Christina Lesher. Team Captains, after checking in please take your poster to the Family Teams tent. They will make sure your sign gets out!
