Denver WALK To End Hydrocephalus

Jones' Crew

Why do we WALK?

As you know, at one month old, our sweet Jones was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus — a neurological disorder that occurs when there is an abnormal buildup of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the brain's ventricles. Hydrocephalus is not curable but is treatable, often with frequent brain surgeries and lots of hospital visits. At 33 days old, Jones underwent ETV/CPC brain surgery and has been recovering well since. We continue to pray every day that this surgery is successful long term for Jones.

Ryan and I are dedicated to fighting for our son's future, and bringing more research and awareness to Hydrocephalus is a step in the right direction. We are excited to set up a team in Jones' honor for the 2024 Denver Hydrocephalus Walk, and we'd love for you to join us!

As they say, "it takes a village" and we are so lucky to have you in ours, especially as we navigate the uncertainty with Jones' diagnosis. Thank you for your continued love, support, and prayers.

All our love,

Ryan, Kiki, Jack, and Jones (the warrior!)
