We are excited to announce our 2024 Honorary Chair, Dr. Jody Leonardo!
 
Dr. Jody Leonardo
 
Dr. Leonardo is board certified in neurosurgery and fellowship trained in intraventricular and skull base neuroendoscopy. She specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system including Hydrocephalus. She has particular interest in minimally invasive endoscopic brain and skull base surgical techniques as well as the surgical management of adult Hydrocephalus.

Dr. Leonardo has multiple accomplishments, certifications, and accolades:

Received her medical degree from Medical College of Pennsylvania Hahnemann University

Completed her neurosurgery residency at the University of Buffalo in Buffalo NY

Went on to complete her fellowship and eventually joined the University at Buffalo Neurological Department as assistant professor

Served as director of the Adult Hydrocephalus Clinic as well as Brain Endoscopy for University at Buffalo Neurological Department

She is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery

Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duquesne University

Published author of multiple articles in peer reviewed medical journal
Dr. Leonard is associated with AHN Neurosurgery and Wexford Health and Wellness Pavillion
