Nosey the Elephant Needs Your Help

In Defense of AnimalsIDA has tracked a long-suffering elephant named Nosey to yet another fair, where she will be used to perform and give rides. This time, Nosey will be at the Alabama National Fair in Montgomery, AL, through October 13th as part of the Joseph Bauer Circus Maximus.

IDA and our supporters have worked tirelessly to help Nosey for years, monitoring her as her exhibitor dragged her around the country to festivals, fairs and circus performances. IDA has informed the Alabama National Fair of exhibitor Hugo Liebel's decades of documented abuse and neglect of Nosey, and is urging the fair to make the responsible and compassionate decision to cancel Nosey's appearance. Now the fair needs to hear from you!
