Developed in research funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the DASH Diet is the only unified and medically proven plan to treat all issues of metabolic syndrome.
The DASH Diet is based on a healthy eating pattern with fruits and vegetables, low-fat and nonfat dairy, beans, nuts and seeds at its core, and also incorporating whole grains, lean meats, fish, poultry, eggs, plus heart healthy fats and oils.
