Jimmy Buffett: Buried Treasure

Jimmy_Buffett_Buried_TreasureWhile we all know Jimmy Buffett’s huge hits — “Margaritaville,” “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” “Son of a Son of a Sailor,” “Come Monday,” and many, many more, we’ve never heard where Jimmy began his musical journey — in his hometown of Mobile, Alabama.

Now, more than 40 years after they were made, Jimmy’s earliest recordings have been unearthed and restored, and are being released for the first time.

"Jimmy Buffett: Buried Treasure" will take us through the music of Jimmy’s “pre-beach” years and will feature revealing stories of what got him started in music, his early struggles, his determination, and the endless days on the road perfecting his craft as a performer who learned through hard work how to entertain audiences big and small.
