1. KPBS is looking for outstanding men and women who have made significant contributions to improve our community.
2. All nominees must reside in the KPBS broadcast areas of San Diego or Imperial counties.
3. Nominees should be nominated by individuals instead of self-nominated. Individuals nominating potential candidates should do some investigative (anonymous) research to provide the information necessary in the application. Keep nominations confidential.
4. Due to the number of nominations received, all supporting information should be a maximum of two typed pages in length. (The nomination form itself does NOT count toward this two-page maximum.)
Questions? Please email Charlene Clingman at email@example.com or call (619) 594-2219.
Because of the overwhelming response in nomination submissions, representatives from KPBS cannot notify individuals of receipt of nomination materials, whether nominations will be used in the selection process, or the final outcome of the nomination.
