Event Name: Stay Golden
Location: Gold Ribbon Riders Teen Initiative
Family and friends,
This will be the second year riding for Cycle for Survival on my own, taking the torch from my mom who has participated for many years. I am riding in honor and memory of my Auntie Macy, who lost her battle with a rare cancer in 2015. I am also riding to help others in their battles with cancer.
Please consider donating to a great cause. All of the proceeds go to fund research to beat this horrible disease. Today is World Cancer Day and all of your generous donations will be matched from 2/4 until 2/7!!! Any amount will help and I’m very grateful to those who have already donated!
I am working with the Gold Ribbon Riders — Teen Initiative, my team Stay Golden will ride on February 10th, 2024. Thank you in advance for your contribution!
I’m raising money with Cycle for Survival, the movement to beat rare cancers. Will you donate and help me make a difference?
Since 2007, the Cycle for Survival community has enabled hundreds of doctors and scientists at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) to pursue bold ideas aimed at transforming rare cancer treatment. Funding from Cycle for Survival has led to the FDA approval of new drugs, lifesaving clinical trials, and state-of-the-art DNA sequencers that are aiding in key cancer breakthroughs.
Your gift today can give people with a rare cancer a better future.
50% of People With Cancer Have a Rare Cancer
About half of all people with cancer have a rare form of the disease. Rare cancers include many types you’ve likely heard of, such as leukemia and lymphoma, thyroid, ovarian, brain, and pancreatic cancers, as well as all pediatric cancers.
100% of Your Donation Supports Research.
It is often challenging to secure funding for rare cancer research, which is why support from Cycle for Survival is so crucial. Every dollar you give will go directly to innovative research and clinical trials at MSK. Discoveries made at MSK revolutionize how cancer is diagnosed and treated, benefiting people worldwide.
Thank you for your generosity. Together, we will beat rare cancers.
