Thalia Greenberg
Welcome to my fundraising page! In honor of my Grandpa, Opi, I am running the 2025 New York City Marathon and raising money to support colon cancer research.
Opi is a survivor of colon cancer. He experienced numerous rounds of chemotherapy and spent a considerable amount of time at the Greenberg hospital in New York City. During his battle with cancer, Opi was able to attend his grandchildren's soccer games, he traveled to watch them graduate, he updated and connected the entire family by sharing everyone's most recent accomplishments (and gossip), he spread endless positivity, and most importantly, he proudly supported the people he loved. You would never see Opi without his Big Red Cornell clothing and you would never see him without his famously bright smile. Opi's spirit and love never faltered during his fight with cancer and his legacy lives on to this day.
In partnership with Fred’s Team, my goal is to raise as much as I can to support cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Please consider donating as any contribution is incredibly appreciated by my family and myself.
100% of Your Donation Supports Research
Named in honor of New York City Marathon co-founder and MSK patient Fred Lebow, Fred’s Team brings together passionate runners and supporters to lead the way against cancer. 100% of the funds I raise will go directly into MSK labs, where doctors and scientists have expertise in more than 400 types of cancer and work every day to find new cures.
Donate Today!
When you make a gift to Fred’s Team, you help MSK researchers develop better treatment options for the people who need them most. Together, we can make a big difference.
Thank you for your generosity!
