The NYC Marathon is going to be extra special this year as I have created a running team with some of my closest friends. As many of you know, marathon running was a passion held first by my Dad. It has been an absolute honor to carry his dream forward in running marathons around the world and we are very excited to conquer NYC next.
Fundraising for cancer research is an important cause not only to myself and my family, but to each of my team members running. My life was forever changed when my Dad was diagnosed with brain cancer. While my Dad is not here today to run marathons with me, he has created a lasting legacy in my friend group and encouraged individuals who he did not even know to run marathons.
I encourage everyone who is able to please make a donation, even ones as small as $5 dollars will help us get one step closer to a cure. Thank you in advance for the endless support as I know for many of you this will not be your first time donating!
Remember, 100% of your donation supports brain cancer research. When you make a gift to Fred’s Team, you help MSK researchers develop new treatment options for the people who need them most. Together, we can make a big difference.
Thank you!
