Jamie DeTingo
I’m taking on the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon with Fred’s Team, the official running program of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. My goal is to raise as much as I can to support groundbreaking cancer research, and your donation will give me a boost as I train for my race! As a Bone Marrow Transplant nurse working at MSK for 3 years now, I am SO honored to be able to give back to my patients and aid in life-saving research. I am proud to be running for my family, friends, patients, and coworkers! I have never been a runner, but I started my journey after watching my coworkers run the NYC Marathon last year and I felt inspired! This will be a perfect way to say goodbye to NYC (temporarily) as I begin my travel nursing career in 2025.
100% OF YOUR DONATION SUPPORTS BMT RESEARCH
Named in honor of New York City Marathon co-founder and MSK patient Fred Lebow, Fred’s Team brings together passionate runners and supporters to make progress against cancer. Since 1995, Fred’s Team participants have raised over $110 million. 100% of the money that I raise will be going towards Adult Bone Marrow Transplant research. MSK is the most special place to work at and I am in awe of my patients’ strength every single day. We truly see miracles happen here and I feel honored to be a part of it. I am extremely passionate about the work that I do on M7 and I am excited to see where these funds can take our specialty!
DONATE TODAY!
When you make a gift to Fred’s Team, you help MSK researchers develop new treatment options for the people who need them most. Together, we can make a big difference.
Thank you so much for supporting me and this amazing cause!
Love, Jamie DeTingo
