Bloomberg 1000
Event: TCS New York City Marathon
Date: November 3, 2024
We're Running for the Bloomberg 1000!
Yes we are, we’re running for the Bloomberg 1000. We’re engineers, accountants, salespeople, lawyers and more. We have one thing in common: we all work for Bloomberg LP where over 1000 of our colleagues and their direct family members are currently battling cancer. They are the Bloomberg 1000 and we’re running for them.
Sometime in our lifetime, cancer will affect all of us, whether through our own illness or that of a loved one. Our team has decided to fight back against this awful disease the one way we know how - by running and raising money for cancer research. The research will help all cancer patients around the world, regardless of where they’re being treated.
So, let’s do it once again, let’s empty our pockets and give generously! You can donate on this team page or to any of the runners listed.
Someday we’ll have a world without cancer, but until then our team will keep running!!
100% OF YOUR DONATION SUPPORTS RESEARCH
Named in honor of New York City Marathon co-founder and MSK patient Fred Lebow, Fred’s Team brings together passionate runners and supporters to make progress against cancer. Since 1995, Fred’s Team participants have raised over $110 million. 100% of funds raised go directly into MSK labs, where doctors and scientists have expertise in more than 400 types of cancer and work every day to find new cures.
DONATE TODAY!
When you make a gift to Fred’s Team, you help MSK researchers develop new treatment options for the people who need them most. Together, we can make a big difference.
Thank you!
