Nick Wynne
I'll be running the NYC Marathon again this year with Fred's Team & Bloomberg. The goal remains the same - finish the race and more importantly raise as much money as possible to support cancer research at MSK.
Some of you know my "why" already but for those of you that don't....This cause is close to my heart and personal to me. I lost my father, Michael Wynne, to colon cancer 4+ years ago. Everyone understands the impact of cancer, but when it happens to someone so close to you, it changes your perspective on it all, at least it did for me. Whether it's a grandparent, parent, sibling, friend, or a loved one. You see firsthand just how awful of a disease it is. It turns the people you love into someone you can hardly recognize which is a heartbreaking experience that nobody should have to go through.
I'm running this race and raising money in memory of my father, but also for all of the cancer survivors, for those still fighting and for those that are no longer with us. Kindly consider donating and contribute what you're able to. Every single dollar raised will go towards cancer research at MSK.
Someday we’ll have a world without cancer, but until then our team will keep running!
Thank you in advance for your support!
