Meet Our Team
Hi everyone! Welcome to our team page! We are excited to announce our long-awaited brother-sister duo running the 2024 New York City Marathon! After years of bonding through our shared love of running, we are finally taking our dreams of running a marathon together to the streets of NYC this fall and raising money for a cause that is near and dear to our hearts.
Kaitlin is both first born and first to run a marathon in Baltimore 2018. Chris soon followed (as the younger sibling often does) and ran his first marathon in New York in 2022. This year will be both of our second 26.2! We are running and fundraising for Fred's Team which raises money to benefit cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. We have chosen for our donations to specifically go towards brain cancer research. Brain cancer has impacted many families, including our own, and it is our mission to raise as much as we can to support the fight against neurologic cancers. Your donations mean so much to not only us, but to our family as well.
Thank you for visiting our page and we hope you consider donating to this incredible cause and supporting us on our journey to 26.2. We hope to see you cheering us on in NYC this November!
GIVING MEANING TO OUR MILES
We’re taking on the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon with Fred’s Team, the official running program of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). Our goal is to raise as much as we can to support groundbreaking cancer research at MSK, and your donation will give us a boost as we train for our race.
100% OF YOUR DONATION SUPPORTS RESEARCH
Named in honor of New York City Marathon co-founder and MSK patient Fred Lebow, Fred’s Team brings together passionate runners and supporters to make progress against cancer. Since 1995, Fred’s Team participants have raised over $110 million. 100% of funds raised go directly into MSK labs, where doctors and scientists have expertise in more than 400 types of cancer and work every day to find new cures.
DONATE TODAY!
When you make a gift to Fred’s Team, you help MSK researchers develop new treatment options for the people who need them most. Together, we can make a big difference.
Thank you!
