William McGovern
I'm going to take on the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon November 3rd. I’m running with Fred’s Team to support their research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) toward cancer research focused on Ovarian cancer. My goal is to raise as much as I can to support groundbreaking cancer research at MSK, and your donation will give me a boost as I train for my race.
Unfortunately Cancer has touched the lives of most people. I’m sure you like most reading this have had to deal with cancer in some form. It's unrelenting and unapologetic. Over the last few years I’ve had quite a few family members that have fought their personal battle with cancer and lost. Running a marathon was always something I have wanted to do, and to do so in their honor and in aid of this cause is a great privilege.
I would appreciate anything you can contribute towards this cause. Please follow the link below to donate.
As an added bonus if you want to see me in true discomfort and utter pain please join the roaring crowds on the street November 3rd and shout me on, I’ll take all the support I can get.
