Kathleen A. Brogowski Memorial Fundraiser
The world lost one of it's brightest lights on May 6. Kathleen Brogowski, my wonderful mom, my dad's incredible wife of 51 years, my daughter's nana died after battling cancer for 6 years. My mom was a fighter. She was a marathon runner and a constant source of inspiration. I remember my mom and I talking about her diagnosis. She never said, "why me," rather she understood that everyone has their "cross to bear" and 'why not me?' I asked her once why are you always such a cup half full person. She told me, "Pete, my cup is overflowing." That's my mom in a nut shell. I hope that her legacy will live on through your generosity of spirit. I hope that her words will inspire all of us to recognize we're all here for a finite time and must make the best of every moment. Thank you for taking the time to support MSK and my family.
